Terms of Use for Poster Maker: Flyer Designer
Welcome to Poster Maker: Flyer Designer! These Terms of Use govern your use of Poster App LLP's products, services, and software (collectively, the “Service”). The terms “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Poster App LLP and its subsidiaries. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to use our software or services.
1. Our Service
We develop software for designing and editing graphics, photos, and videos (each referred to as a “design”). When using our software, you may access content licensed from our partners. You own all rights to your designs; however, if you do not have specific permission to use an image or video, we cannot provide you with that permission.
Please note that some information, such as device info and operating system details, may be processed by third parties when using our services.
We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, your device overheating or data loss, or if your designs are published publicly online.
2. No Mandatory Signup
Signup is not mandatory. However, if you plan to use your account on multiple devices or subscribe to our services, you must sign up and create an account. You can sign up using Google, Meta, or Apple’s sign-in methods. Your use of our services depends on your access to these third-party services.
3. Services Offered
We offer various services, each considered a “service” under this agreement. These may include:
- Photo and Video Editing: We allow you to perform certain photo and video editing and manipulation services, which may change over time.
- Predefined Templates: The app provides a collection of predefined templates created by our designers. You can customize these templates and use them for your personal or professional needs.
- Sharing Designs: You can share your designs with third parties, such as Meta or other services. When you share content via these services, you must adhere to their terms of service.
- Font Usage: You may incorporate your own fonts into your designs. It is your responsibility to inspect the licenses for these fonts to ensure you have permission to use them before uploading them to our service or distributing them publicly.
- Premium Features: We offer premium features for paid users, including advanced tools and access to more licensed content and graphic resources.
- Backup Options: We may allow you to back up your designs to our server. This service might be available only after registration in the app. Otherwise, data is saved in a local database, and if the app is deleted, all data will be permanently deleted.
Each service may be deprecated or removed at any time.
4. License
Poster Maker grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.
- Copy or use the application for any purpose other than as permitted under the "License" section.
- Modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice of Poster Maker or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
6. AI Content Generation Disclaimer
By using this feature, you agree to the following:
6.1 Processing Time
Video generation may take approximately 1–5 minutes, and image generation may take 5–60 seconds, depending on the complexity of your request and system load.
6.2 Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create. Do not generate or upload content that is misleading, harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
6.3 Prohibited Content
The platform strictly prohibits generating content that includes, promotes, or depicts:
- Weapons (e.g., bombs, guns, explosives)
- Violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
- Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information
6.4 Appropriate Use
This feature is intended for creative, entertainment, and positive use cases, such as fun content creation, storytelling, and enhancing social media experiences.
6.5 Compliance & Enforcement
We reserve the right to restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
The application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Poster Maker.
8. Suggestions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Poster Maker regarding the application shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Poster Maker, who is free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the suggestions for any purpose without credit or compensation to you.
9. Modifications to the Application
Poster Maker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
10. Updates to the Application
Poster Maker may provide updates to the application, including patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features or functionalities. You agree that Poster Maker is not obligated to provide any updates or to continue providing or enabling any particular features or functionalities of the application.
11. Third-Party Services
The application may include third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Services"). Poster Maker is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, or legality. Access and use of Third-Party Services are entirely at your own risk and subject to the third parties' terms and conditions.
12. Term and Termination
This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Poster Maker. Poster Maker may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice. The agreement will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices. Termination will not limit any of Poster Maker's rights or remedies.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Poster Maker, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand arising from your use of the application, violation of this agreement, any law, or any third-party rights.
14. No Warranties
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. Poster Maker disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Poster Maker makes no representations that the application will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poster Maker and its suppliers will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. The total liability of Poster Maker shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the application.
16. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to achieve the provision's objectives to the greatest extent possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Waiver
Failure to exercise any right or require performance of any obligation under this agreement shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require performance at any time thereafter.
18. U.S. Government End Users
The application and related documentation are "Commercial Items," licensed to U.S. Government end users only with the rights granted to all other end users under this agreement.
19. Export Compliance
You may not export or re-export the application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the application was obtained. By using the application, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any restricted country or on any prohibited list.
20. Amendments to this Agreement
Poster Maker reserves the right to modify or replace this agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the application after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
21. Governing Law
The laws of New Jersey, United States, excluding conflict of law rules, govern this agreement and your use of the application. Your use of the application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

23. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Poster Maker regarding your use of the application and supersedes all prior agreements. Additional terms may apply when you use or purchase other Poster Maker services.
